Learn Along the Way

Educational signs around the farm show what life is really like for most farm animals. Each animal has a story, and our hope is that every guest leaves inspired to make kind choices for animals, the environment, and their own health.

The Butterfly Garden and Gift Shop

Our magnificent butterfly garden is one of the most peaceful spots on the farm. Stop by to see caterpillars feeding on their host plants and butterflies of many kinds.

Identify What You See

If you have to know what every butterfly is, pick up a field guide in the gift shop. It is a fun way for kids and adults to learn together.

Take Butterfly Plants Home

Butterfly plants are usually available for sale in season. Just ask if you would like to take some home, including Echinacea, Bee Balm, Black-eyed Susans, Mexican Petunias, Ginger plants, and more.

Carley the Cat

"I was found as a little kitten, lost as could be. Now I have fun all day, eating lots of delicious food and treats. When I'm not eating, I like to follow people around. You may not see me when you visit, but rest assured, I'm watching you!"
